The Education Workshop is a 2-hour educational presentation that will teach you about estate planning, avoiding probate, asset protection and the new health care and tax laws and how they effect seniors. You will learn how to eliminate or minimize these taxes and avoid probate, as well as how to protect your home, spouse and life savings from increasing medical and nursing home costs, lawsuits and other predators. During the workshop, you will also discover the top mistakes of Medicaid planning and how to prevent them.
